As a Network Engineer I was integral in the administration 100+ HP, IBM, Dell, Virtualized enterprise class servers across five remote sites as well as network infrastructure those systems connected through encompassing Cisco networking stacks (i.e. Switches, routing, and firewall devices). Moreover, we supported the datacenter environments the scope of which included the sizing, physical build-out, setup, configuration, maintenance, update patching, vulnerability remediation, and health monitoring of said environments at HQ, remote sites, and the Disaster Recovery Site.

As Application Systems Architect I was responsible for the design and administration of ImageNow the Enterprise Content Management system leverage by all departments within the organization. I facilitated the creation of paperless business processes by architecting procedural systems, whereby documents were digitized and imported into documents and forms as indexed digital assets into the ECM platform. As the sole ImageNow resource I was chiefly responsible for architecting the system, creating workflows, designing document routes, defining systems configurations, scoping projects with the business units, and for acting as the project manager as we rolled out new processes to the business units.

Each site build-out included the construction of the sites IDF, physical wiring of the buildings Cat5e network cabling, vetting the drops, configuration the switched and routed network, and setting up the Firewalls and point to point VPN tunnels between the sites and access to the offsite hosted Server Infrastructure. Built out the original physical server infrastructure for the firm and later when technology advanced built up the Virtualization Clusters and did Physical to Virtual (P2V) Server conversion of the legacy systems into Highly Available Hyper-V Clusters.
